The staff were outstandingly accommodating and the design was lovely. Beautiful building and rooms with all the amenities anyone would want. Amazing customer care, parking nearby.

They gave us a king room with an undersized queen bed. All the employees were friendly and exceptional. The setting was wonderful, close to the town center.

The hotel's position was prime, in a nice neighborhood. The staff were very amiable and affable and were always there to help.

The stay here was perfect with wonderful service. This hotel was located in a central area adjacent to the main retail / restaurant / shopping area and the center and many fine eateries.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with it being just a short walk away from the town center and all its amenities. Guests can easily explore the retail, restaurant, and shopping areas in the vicinity.

While the hotel offers a peaceful and quiet environment, some guests may prefer a more social atmosphere with more opportunities for interaction and socializing.

The location was easy, quite a walk from a recreated general store. The staff was amicable, outstandingly accommodating, and responded promptly to requests. There were terrace and coffee in the room, greatly enjoyed that.

Retro & unique room with cable channels, a microwave oven and a refrigerator. Comfortable beds, perfect after a long day in Palm Springs. Prime and best possible position in the gorgeous area, near to a hike, over twenty restaurants and numerous shops, and downtown and beautiful mountain views.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The pool area was beautiful, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool with the stunning backdrop of the mountains and palm trees. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything in town, including shops, restaurants, and bars. Peaceful and well-maintained venue, wonderful location just next door to the main restaurant district, several bars & restaurants, and downtown. Huge and retro room with vintage bathrooms & vinyl record player, amiable staff.

A little small bathroom.

Its location was secluded, so close to Annenberg Theater. The room was fairly quiet and huge, without a doubt, had tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator. The service was amazing throughout our stay.

Not obvious to find.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel in Palm Springs. The value for money was excellent - I couldn't believe how affordable it was to stay in such a beautiful location. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the well-maintained grounds to the stylish decor in the rooms. The hotel is located in the historic Tennis Club neighborhood, which is absolutely stunning. It's also close to a great selection of restaurants, so you'll never go hungry. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I loved the rooms on the terrace by the pool, they had all the amenities anyone would want. And to top it all off, breakfast was provided each morning, which was a lovely touch.

Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.
